Are weekenders and travel bags from the sale excluded from exchange?
Our travel bags and weekenders on sale are regular products from our collection. New and in their original packaging. Therefore, the same terms and conditions and return policy apply to our sale items as to all other – non-discounted – items. The return period is 14 days. The warranty period is 2 years.
Are the reduced items in the shop discontinued or B-stock?
The reason for the sell-off is usually an overcapacity in our warehouse, which has resulted from the minimum production quantities and low sales. In the end, these surplus stocks are tied up capital and as a small medium-sized company we have to look after our "working capital". Should we ever actually hold a "sample sale" or sell products with minor defects (B-stock), we will mark these items separately.
When is the next DRAKENSBERG sale?
When it comes to sales, we don't focus so much on the usual sales periods or other market participants. This is also because we don't sell seasonal or high-fashion travel accessories. The background is our slow fashion mentality and our idea of sustainable consumption. Our travel bags are stylish and timeless ambassadors of the most influential design eras. Design that has been around for over 200 years and will certainly be around for another 200 years. DRAKENSBERG only has a sale when we discontinue a product or on special occasions.
How can I find out about the next sale in time?
Even though we very rarely reduce the price of our products, we occasionally send discount coupons or vouchers with discounts or invitations to private sale events to our newsletter subscribers.
